Abstract Due Date: December 23, 2022. Notification of abstract acceptance will be sent January 12, 2023. The abstracts for the conference program will be selected based on the quality of extended abstracts. The full abstract has to be submitted before the conference, December 23, 2022. Due to the large number of expected submissions we encourage authors to submit abstracts early. Notification of acceptance will be sent via email by January 12, 2023. Detailed author instructions will be sent by email following acceptance.

Submit an Abstract: In order to submit an abstract, you will need to go to https://abstractr.dce.ufl.edu/ and create a log in with your email and a password. From there, please review the conference information details and then click the submit an abstract. Session delivery: All oral sessions are planned for in person delivery. Poster presentations are designed for in-person delivery. Session recording: We ask that oral presenters consent to have their sessions recorded. A subset of the presentations will be recorded and made available via the web to registered SOTM 2023 attendees. Abstract format: Please download the SOTM 2023 Abstract Template and follow the designated format. Please note that abstracts that DO NOT follow the appropriate format may be returned for editing or rejected at the discretion of the SOTM 2023 Program Chair.
